Accessibility

• Building Access: Our King City clinic is on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only (no elevator). Our Maple clinic has an outdoor accessibility ramp and an indoor elevator.
• Support on Arrival: If helpful, we can meet you at the building entrance and accompany you upstairs.
• Child Sessions: For children, parents/guardians are welcome to walk them to the office at the start; we will escort your child downstairs and hand them off to you at pick-up.
• Virtual Appointments: We offer secure virtual therapy for clients anywhere in Ontario if stairs present a barrier or if you prefer care from home.
• Sensory Considerations: We can provide a quieter environment (lights/music off, reduced visual stimuli) on request—please let us know your needs in advance.
• Allergies/Scents: We aim to keep the space low-scent. Please avoid strong fragrances when possible.
