Accessibility
- Building Access: Our clinic is on the second floor and is currently accessible by stairs only (no elevator).
- Support on Arrival: If helpful, we can meet you at the building entrance and accompany you upstairs.
- Child Sessions: For children, parents/guardians are welcome to walk them to the office at the start; we will escort your child downstairs and hand them off to you at pick-up.
- Virtual Appointments: We offer secure virtual therapy for clients anywhere in Ontario if stairs present a barrier or if you prefer care from home.
- Sensory Considerations: We can provide a quieter environment (lights/music off, reduced visual stimuli) on request—please let us know your needs in advance.
- Allergies/Scents: We aim to keep the space low-scent. Please avoid strong fragrances when possible.
